Hand Over

The project had begun several weeks before with another vender, and brought to us as the client was not happy with the POC. Our first goal was to understand what was missed and how we can bring value via solid wireframe to solidify the POC they had imagined.

Challenge

I began by categorizing actions by level of importance based on an actions potential value to the organization and the user. then began conducting a tree test with several users to identify viable placement for the features and actions.

UX Workshop Outcomes

The Colorado Springs campus of the University of Colorado are a comprehensive baccalaureate and specialized graduate research university with selective admission standards. The Colorado Springs campus offers liberal arts and sciences, business, engineering, health sciences, and teacher preparation undergraduate degree programs.

Client

University of Colorado - Colorado Springs

Role

Senior UX/UI Designer

Location

Colorado Springs & Remote

Outcome

With the POC sign off and UCCS happy with our plan, we began building concepts for the environment and persona specific touch points in both Desktop and Mobile views respectively. In this case there was a level of customization required to meet the need so a hybrid solution was the desired outcome/
