Approach
I began by building persona’s through collaborative workshops and measuring LOE and LOI by business need and user need. Based on these finding we prioritised critical actions and items of potential value Then began with wireframes to explore possible presentation of Tableau integrations.
Challenge
Currently, Sales and marketing are frustrated by the lack of transparency around the order and white space processes within their SF instance. The ideal scenario would be to bringing forward real-time date to enhance the order and sales experience by providing greater transparency during the order process while elevating the end user experience via an improved and streamlined service process.
Solution
Better present real-time sales, orders and analytics information to connect the sales team with their customers so that both parties benefit from a well informed and efficient experience with the dashboard.
